The Chassis Strengthening Kit from CTM
Here is the chassis strengthening kit as supplied by CTM. This is how it arrives and costs £118.62 delivered. The picture on the right is indexed. You can get this kit from CTM here. You can access an excellent article on CTM that appeared in Triumph World Magazine on one of my other pages (Other Chassis Strengthening Kits) here. Colin at CTM has clarified some installation questions and you can see a dry fit below. Please note that 2 strengthening brackets are not shown here but a cardboard template is shown to give you an idea of where the strengthener goes.
The index above gives you the name and location of the chassis strengthening parts and the corresponding numbers below. Please note that 2 parts that form the strengthener for the front suspension bracket are missing from the picture above. Explained in the pictures below and a cardboard template has been made to show where it would go.

This panel is in the right position with the small opening at the bottom to allow wax to be injected. - There are 2 of these panels. One for each side.
The other panel that encloses the side goes on the other side of the box to form a seal. Parts F,G,H & IF: Front Suspension Strengthener - Bracket placed at rear of housing
G: Front Suspension Strengthener - Bracket placed at rear of housing H: Front Suspension Strengthener - Bracket placed at rear of housing I: Front Suspension Strengthener - Bracket placed at rear of housing The pictures above show the strengtheners in the correct location at the rear of the suspension housings. The picture below shows 2 of the strengtheners dry fitted to show location. Repeat for the other side.

A: Diff Strengthener - Rear Bridge Under Strengthener These panels are shown dry fitted with a cable tie holding them in place. CTM advised to leave a 1cm gap at the bottom

Above - Front suspension bracket. Not the very forward strengthener has the short shank. The rear cardboard template shows the location of the missing bracket. There would be a strengthener here. Ratchet strap shown here is just holding the chassis on a pallet and not part of the installation.
